Compresseurs Adec is a family story that began in 1983 thanks to the efforts of Mr. Jacques Lavoie. We always keep environmental concerns in mind, both in our facilities and at our clients sites. With Kaeser’s SAM 4.0 central management module, we ensure your pneumatic system is optimized for the best possible energy efficiency. To do more for the environment, Adec offers condensate separators to prevent oily contaminants from entering the sewers. Additionally, we give used equipment a second life while recycling all possible materials.

A beautiful family story since 1983
1983
June 1983, Mr. Lavoie starts Compresseurs Adec in a small house at 1961 Boulevard Des Laurentides, Laval.
1988
Construction of the first warehouse on the same property
1993
With growing demand, the original small house is replaced by the construction of the first offices within the workshop.
2000
Partnership with Kaeser begins in 2000. Compresseurs Adec sees its reputation grow along with its vehicle fleet.
2005
The team expands with the arrival of Mathieu Mercier, not knowing he would become co-owner two decades later.
2014
Installation of the 250th Kaeser screw compressor
2017
Adec Compressors teaming up with Kelair through a merger.
2021
Arrival of Sébastien Chartrand, who would become co-owner.
2024
Our reputation is well established and Compresseurs Adec continues to grow, just like its team.
